Dear CGHA Members
As we approach the end of one hockey season and begin to think about the next I want to advise you of a change to the process for electing the 2009-2010 CGHA Board of Directors.
With minimal turn out at the recent Annual General Meetings in May the CGHA board has been working hard to develop a process to promote increased participation in the election of Directors for the CGHA Board.
The attached information package will detail the process for election of vacant positions on the CGHA Board of Directors. This process will replace the current process of elections at the AGM. Nominations will ONLY be accepted until Monday February 23, 2009 on the enclosed form.
